Access Methods

You choose how we access job portals on your behalf. We offer three transparent options:

Job Search Email

Provide a dedicated email address (e.g., yourname.jobs@gmail.com) for job applications. We use this email to register and apply on job portals. You retain full control and can access this email anytime to monitor activity.

Saved Session

Log into job portals once and save your session cookies securely. We use these sessions to apply on your behalf. Sessions are encrypted and stored in compliance with data protection standards.

OTP-Only Access

We request OTPs from you when needed to access portals. This gives you maximum control as every login requires your explicit approval via OTP verification.

Data Handling & Storage

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) using industry-standard encryption protocols.
  • Access Control: Role-based access ensures only authorized VAs and Reviewers can access your data, and only for job application purposes.
  • Audit Logs: Every action is logged for compliance and transparency. You can request audit logs of all activities on your account.
  • Secure Infrastructure: Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA and regular security audits.

Data Retention & Usage

We collect and use your data exclusively for providing our job application services:

  • •Your resume, preferences, and profile are used only to match and apply for relevant jobs
  • •Application data is retained for 90 days after subscription ends
  • •We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
  • •Analytics data is anonymized and used only to improve our service
  • •You can export all your data at any time via CSV download

Data Deletion & Your Rights

Under DPDP Act 2023 and our commitment to data privacy, you have the right to:

  • ✓Access your data: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • ✓Correct your data: Update or correct any inaccurate information
  • ✓Delete your data: Request complete deletion of your account and data
  • ✓Withdraw consent: Revoke consent for data processing at any time

Request Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at privacy@applyvelocity.com. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
